Keith Reynolds
Director/CEO

I am the CEO and Director/Owner of Norgrove Training. I have held senior management positions in the SA Government, private enterprise and owned and managed several successful businesses, over many years. My expertise is in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Strategic Management and Vocational Training and Assessment. I am also a chartered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Registered RTO Office Holder and hold Accounting and Business qualifications.

As a joint owner of Norgrove Training, I have been responsible, along with Norgrove’s employees, for the excellent reputation resulting from independent survey results in 2021 and 2022. Norgrove Training rates as the number one training provider, in South Australia and Australia, in the Health Services Sector, within which Norgrove delivers training.

Joyce Southern
Director/CEO

I am a Director for Norgrove Training, with over 30 years’ experience, managing and working, in a number of privately owned companies. I am passionate about working to help people improve their lives and careers and have worked as a Trainer, Mentor and Manager, to help staff and students, improve their work skills and employment outcomes.

I hold qualifications in Management, Training and Assessment and Image Consulting and have co owned a recruitment franchise business, in the white and blue collar industry sector.

Much of the success of Norgrove Training is due to the hard work, dedication and loyalty that staff and I have given to the business, over the years.

Chris Ledwidge
RTO Manager

I am the RTO Manager at Norgrove Training with more than 25 years’ experience in Office Administration, including 10 years within the VET sector. My role is to provide essential business support to clients, staff and students. I am responsible for Government Compliance, working with Government Agencies, Employers and Industry stakeholders. A large part of my role is to work closely with Administration staff with policies and procedures. I oversee support for students before, during their qualification and work placement and after course completion. I am also responsible for scheduling classes, work placement, Government reporting and student follow ups. I work with the training team, in particular for Validation and Moderation.

I have achieved a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). I am proud to work with a very supportive team at Norgrove Training, to ensure we can maintain a positive environment which is inclusive, open and friendly.

Cat Southern
Business Development and Marketing Manager

I have been working for Norgrove Training since 2011 and have had over 15 years of Business Development and Marketing experience, over multiple industry sectors.

At Norgrove I work closely with the Directors and all Staff, to ensure business growth, adaptability, and future success within the Health Care Sector. I am a relationship builder with a strong focus on customer service and business growth. I pride myself on my ability to create strong and successful working relationships with our partnered organisations, Government Department’s and students alike.

Chris Schwarz
Trainer/Assessor

I have 45 years’ experience working within the health profession as an Enrolled Nurse and then as an Advance Diploma Nurse, specialising in Renal Nephrology.

In 2010 I was honoured with the award through the Nursing Midwifery Board of “Enrolled Nurse of the Year”. This created an opportunity for me to become a Trainer and Assessor, which I have been working in for over 10 years. I am very passionate about both nursing and training and will support new students to meet their dreams, aspiration and goals.

As a Trainer and Assessor, I am also a facilitator for new students on placement and develop new and update existing materials, to meet the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and Industry Engagement Standards and requirements. I provide a high level of support for students throughout their journey with Norgrove.

I feel very honoured to be working with such an exceptional, professional team at Norgrove, within a positive friendly environment.

Poornima Singh
Finance Officer

I have been working as the Finance Officer for Norgrove Training for more than 3 years. I have developed a high standard of expertise to meet Government compliance. My role is to work closely with all aspects of finance for Norgrove Training. I am responsible for the day-to-day transactions, data entry, bank reconciliations, preparation of budgets, processing payroll, and preparing reports to assist the Director/Owner in forecasting profits.

Prior to working at Norgrove Training, I gained a Masters in Commerce and worked in Singapore, in a similar role, before coming to Adelaide. I am very proud to be working within an organisation that is very passionate and professional.

Farah Ismail
Administration

My role at Norgrove Training is Administration, I am responsible for assisting students, from diverse backgrounds, with their enquiries and enrolments. I liaise with Job Network Providers and Government Agencies. I give guidance to potential students to help them with their career choices. I work closely with the RTO Manager, to assist the students with their work placement documents. My very high attention for detail, helps me maintain the compliance for all student records.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from overseas and I have recently graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the University of South Australia.

I have been in this role, at Norgrove Training for over a year and am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a friendly team.

Debra Coulls
Administration Support

I have been given an opportunity to support the administration team at Norgrove Training with all aspects of administration work.

I am a qualified Aged Care worker, with extensive knowledge and more than 14 years working experience in the industry. I also have qualifications in Medication Administration and Mental Health First Aid.

I am extremely excited to be able to work alongside a very supportive team.

Julie Feuerherdt
Trainer in Training

I have over 20 years’ experience working in the Health Industry. My career started as a Personal Care Worker for many years, then I studied Enrolled Nursing, whilst still working in the Aged Care Sector. As an Enrolled Nurse, I worked in the acute nursing environment for over 10 years, developing many new skills and increased my knowledge base. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Nursing at University of SA and currently work as a Registered Nurse.

I was given a great opportunity by Norgrove Training to become a Trainer in training, while studying my Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), with on-the-job training. This gives me an opportunity to use my skills and knowledge and to share them with students commencing Certificate lll in Individual Support, along with enhancing my trainer skills through my training journey.

I am extremely appreciative of the opportunity given to me by Norgrove Training, assisting me with my studies, while I gain the experience in this role.

Mandeep Saini
Trainer in Training

I commenced my journey as a Personal Support Worker, when I studied Certificate lll in Individual Support, as a student at Norgrove Training. I was given the exceptional opportunity of employment from my placement, which was provided by Norgrove, for three years.

My career has now expanded, with the opportunity to be able to study my Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE), with on-the-job training, as a Trainer in training with Norgrove. I am able to deliver, under supervision, knowledge to students based on resources that comply with current best practices to enhances the care and are important to the role as a personal care worker, for the vulnerable person. I am very grateful to be working at Norgrove with colleagues who are very supportive, friendly and professional and are assisting me with my studies, while I gain the experience in this role.

Sharyn Gunn
Facilitator

I am very excited to have joined the Team at Norgrove Training, to help facilitate the students on placement and to assist with marking of their assessments.

I have qualifications in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), as well as a Diploma of Nursing.

I have worked in the Health Sector for the past 21 years, in a variety of different roles. I have previously taught Nursing and have worked hands on within the disability field. I have worked for the past 10 years, as a paediatric nurse, initially in the surgical department. I also completed a year working in the operating theatre suite.

Sivasakthi Kripakar
Educational Support

My role at Norgrove Training is Educational Support. I work closely with students from diverse backgrounds and implement strategies to suit each student’s needs, under the guidance and direction of the Lead Trainer and RTO Manager. I provide assistance with assignments to students in a group setting, or one on one if required. I also help students with their resume and cover letter writing and offer additional support where needed during their time with Norgrove Training.

I have over 5 years’ experience teaching students in an inclusive adult learning environment, this also included supporting students with learning and behavioural difficulties. I have always enjoyed being a mentor and I am proud to be part of Norgrove Training and the safe environment they provide for staff and students.

Nathan Reynolds
Website Support

I have worked at Norgrove Training for 8 years. I completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and worked with the administration team full time.

My role now is as part time Website Support, which involves making sure Norgrove Training’s website is compliant and meets all of the ASQA requirements. Part of that includes keeping all course dates and information current and up to date. I now run my own business as a qualified Personal Trainer.

Consultant

I am part of the Norgrove Training advisory team. I was originally a trainer for Norgrove Training for Certificate IV and Diploma in Business Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

I have extensive experience as a consultant to a wide range of organisations, locally, Nationally and Internationally. Whether it is project management, problem solving, human relations or recruitment, I am able to offer creative insights and suggestions to leaders at every level. My extensive experience in training and adult education, enables me to assist in the development of organisation specific training.

I am driven by a passion to help organisations and individuals achieve their full potential.

InStep Technology Services

I have been managing Norgrove Training’s systems for over 12 years. I also supply and manage all the hardware needs and advise and work with Directors and RTO Manager, on an as needs basis, to address any issues and requirements.
