Individual Support Worker Qualification

The cert 3 individual support qualification reflects the important role of staff in community and residential settings who follow a personalised plan for individuals who need extra support due to ageing or disability. Core Course Units

During individual support training, students must complete seven core units that teach the fundamentals required for one-on-one care. These units include:
