Keith Reynolds

CEO/Director

Prior to taking ownership of Norgrove training, Keith held several senior management positions within the South Australian Government and private enterprise. He has also owned and managed several successful businesses. Keith is a chartered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Registered RTO Office Holder and holds qualifications in Accounting and Business.

With his expertise in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Strategic Management and Vocational Training and Assessment, Keith is responsible for Strategy and General Management of the organisation. Under his leadership, Norgrove Training is positioned as the Leading training provider in the Health Services Sector in South Australia.

Joyce Southern

CEO/Director

Passionate about helping people to improve their lives and careers, Joyce has worked as a Trainer, Mentor and Manager in several privately owned companies over the span of her career, which includes her having co-owned a recruitment franchise business in the white- and blue-collar sectors. Joyce holds qualifications in Management, Training and Assessment as well as Image consulting.

Much of the success of Norgrove Training is due to the hard work, dedication and passion Joyce brings to the business.

Chris Ledwidge

RTO Manager
As RTO Manager, Chris’ role at Norgrove Training is to provide essential business support to clients, staff and students.With more than 25 years’ experience in Office Administration, including 12 years within the VET sector, Chris is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the organisation including scheduling classes, work placement, Government compliance and reporting and student follow-ups. Chris has a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Diploma of Leadership and Management

Business Development and Marketing Manager

Since joining Norgrove Training in 2008, Cat has worked closely with the Directors and Staff to ensure business growth, adaptability, and future success within the Health Care Sector.

Cat has over 15 years of Business Development and Marketing experience spanning multiple industry sectors. Cat has a strong focus on customer service, with the innate ability to create strong and successful working relationships and providing essential business support with our partnered organisations, Government Departments, and students alike.

With an impressive career spanning over 40 years in Nursing, Mandy brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her role as a qualified trainer and assessor. Much of her career has been devoted to the Aged Care sector, where she has undertaken a variety of clinical and administrative roles.

Throughout her career, Mandy has always been passionate about supporting her Nursing teams. This passion naturally led her to pursue a path in training and mentoring nursing staff within the industry she is so deeply dedicated to. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable resource for students entering the field.

Mandy is dedicated to supporting students and sharing her vast knowledge and experiences. Her goal is to encourage and inspire others to embrace rewarding careers in the Care sector, helping them to find fulfillment and purpose in their work.

Julie Feuerherdt

Trainer
With more than twenty years of devoted service in the Health Industry, Julie brings an abundance of experience and expertise to her profession.
Her journey commenced as a compassionate Personal Care Worker, where she honed her skills in providing attentive care to individuals within the Aged Care Sector. Driven by her passion for healthcare and continuous learning, Julie embarked on a path of professional development, pursuing further education in Enrolled Nursing. As an Enrolled Nurse, Julie worked in the acute nursing environment for over 10 years, developing many new skills and increased her knowledge base.

Julie has since completed her Bachelor of Nursing at University of SA and currently works as a Registered Nurse. Having also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), Julie's passion for education and mentorship shines through her work as a qualified trainer at Norgrove Training. She finds immense fulfillment in imparting her wealth of knowledge to aspiring healthcare professionals, empowering them to excel in their respective roles and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Vanessa Peters

Trainer

Vanessa has over 15 years of experience within the health care sector. Having begun her nursing career as a nurse assistant, Vanessa developed her foundational skills in aged care. Later, Vanessa then further honed her experience working within a physiotherapy department. These early experiences laid the groundwork for her lifelong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.

After exploring various other sectors, Vanessa returned to the care industry in 2020, providing individual support to private clients with a focus on aged care and disability support. During this time Vanessa pursued formal qualifications including a Certificate III in Individual Support to complement her practical experience.

Vanessa is committed to sharing her knowledge and aims to inspire her students to develop the same love, drive, and ambition that she has for the Care Sector.

Carol Sunstrom

With over two decades of dedicated service in the care sector, Carol brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her extensive knowledge spans various facets of care, including Home Care for the Aged, support for individuals living with disabilities, and 14 years of invaluable experience at a reputable Day Options facility.

Throughout her career, Carol has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in her care. Passionate about sharing knowledge and nurturing the next generation of care professionals, Carol has achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability Studies) as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and is a valued Trainer at Norgrove Training. Her commitment to education ensures that her students receive the highest quality training, preparing them to excel in their roles and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Carol's qualifications reflect her dedication to professional growth and development. She holds certifications in essential areas such as Medication Administration and MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training, underscoring her ability to handle complex situations with confidence and competence.

Debra Coulls

Debra’s journey with Norgrove Training began with a focus on facilitating administration at our Noarlunga Centre of Excellence. However, her enthusiasm and expertise have led her to diversify her role, now splitting her time between administrative support and delivering training.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the care sector, Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her work. As a qualified Aged Care worker, she possesses a deep understanding of the industry's complexities and challenges. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her continuous pursuit of professional development, holding essential certifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, qualifications in Medication Administration, and Mental Health First Aid.
Furthermore, Debra's dedication to enhancing learning experiences extends to her attainment of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). This qualification underscores her ability not only to provide exceptional care but also to impart essential skills and knowledge to aspiring healthcare professionals

Denise Stevens

Trainer
Denise brings over 18 years of valuable experience in the health and community services sector, with a strong focus on aged care and disability support. As an Enrolled Nurse, Denise’s career includes more than 12 years working in aged care, along with over two years at an Aboriginal health clinic, and over 12 months within the disability sector.

Since transitioning into training, Denise has been dedicated to sharing her extensive hands-on knowledge with students pursuing the Certificate III in Individual Support. She is passionate about fostering the next generation of care workers and emphasises the importance of person-centred care in every aspect of her teaching.

Denise’s warm and practical approach helps students build the confidence and skills they need to thrive in real-world care settings. Her deep understanding of the industry and commitment to quality training make her a valued member of the Norgrove Training team.

All Norgrove Training trainers hold current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling qualifications.

Business Development
Sam Nicholas joined Norgrove Training in May 2022 after relocating to Adelaide from South Africa. With extensive experience in the training industry and a strong background in Quality Assurance, Client Services, and Operations Management, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team.

As the main point of contact for prospective students and clients, Sam plays a key role in guiding individuals through the enrolment process and providing clear, helpful information about the training opportunities available at Norgrove Training.
Sam's approachable nature and deep understanding of the education sector ensures each enquiry is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on student outcomes..

Brittany joined the Norgrove Training Administration Team in February 2023, bringing with her over nine years of administration experience across the medical and business sectors.

Brittany plays a central role in supporting students throughout their learning journey at our North Adelaide Campus. From assisting with enrolments and organising placements to managing a wide range of training-related administrative tasks, she ensures a seamless experience for every learner. Known for her approachable nature and dedication to student success,

Brittany provides reliable support from the first enquiry through to course completion. Her professionalism, industry insight, and problem-solving skills are instrumental in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly

Shar is a key member of the Administration Team at our Noarlunga campus, with over 17 years of diverse experience across the Community Services, Adult Education, Mental Health, Job Services Australia, Disability Employment Services, and Aged Care sectors. Throughout her career, Shar has supported, mentored, and worked with people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds, demonstrating a strong commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and positive outcomes for all
In her role at Norgrove Training, Shar is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions, including responding to student enquiries and managing enrolments for new students.

Shar’s depth of experience, combined with her supportive and approachable manner, ensures students feel welcomed and well-guided as they begin their training journey with us

Charlize Hough

Administration
Charlize is a valued member of the Norgrove Training Administration Team, bringing a warm and bubbly personality to everything she does. With a Certificate III in Individual Support under her belt, Charlize has a solid understanding of the aged care and disability support sectors, making her especially relatable and supportive to students navigating their own training journey.

Before joining Norgrove Training, Charlize spent four years in the retail industry, where she developed strong interpersonal and organisational skills—qualities that now help her provide exceptional support to both students and staff.

Friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, Charlize plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our campus and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Student Support

Siva Kripakar

Student Support
In her role as Educational Support, Siva works closely with students from diverse backgrounds to implement strategies to best suit each student’s needs, providing assistance with assignments in a group setting, or one-on-one if required.
Prior to joining Norgrove Training, Siva had extensive experience teaching students in an inclusive adult learning environment, including supporting students with learning and behavioural challenges.
