Certificate III in Community Services

• 5 weeks of training
  • Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 4:00pm): On-campus training
  • Friday: Independent study (on-campus with Student Support)

The qualification may take up to 12 months to complete, depending on each learner’s capacity, prior knowledge, skills, experience, and educational background.

• Fee for Service - $2995.00 (Applicable for students who are not eligible for funding)

• Nationally recognised qualification providing quality industry endorsed education and training in the most effective and professional manner, with a proven track record of success.
• South Australian Government funding available for eligible students through Skilling SA.
• Face-to-face training in one of our fully equipped, simulated skills labs ensuring students receive a practical, hands-on learning experience.
• Additional units included in our training - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Manual Handling.
• Students have access to individualised one-on-one support when assistance is needed to meet the requirements of the training.

By successfully completing the study, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification, which will clearly demonstrate your suitability to potential employers for employment opportunities in Community Support Services.

• All applicants must undertake a short pre-enrolment assessment to determine whether this is the best course for their needs, including a review of the applicant’s Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and digital literacy skills. Applicants must demonstrate a satisfactory level of LLN and digital literacy abilities as required in the training product and to prepare them for work in this industry.
• Must not be enrolled at school and above the age of 16 years old.
